These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stay Well app ("App") operated by Stay Well ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Stay Well is a personal household management app for meal planning, cookbook management, chore tracking, and household calendar coordination. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
You must create an account to use the App, and you must be at least 18 years old to do so — you confirm this when you sign up. Stay Well is designed for parents and guardians to coordinate their household; it is not directed at, and does not knowingly create accounts for, anyone under 18. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stay Well Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks AI meal plan generation and other premium features.
All subscription billing and refund disputes are handled by Apple. For refund requests, contact Apple Support.
Stay Well Pro uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to suggest meal plans. AI suggestions are for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee the nutritional accuracy, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated meal suggestion. Always consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional for dietary advice, especially for individuals with health conditions or serious food allergies.
All content in the App — including design, text, graphics, and code — is owned by Stay Well or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you enter into the App (meal plans, cookbook entries, etc.).
Stay Well allows users to save, organize, and share recipes. By uploading, importing, creating, or sharing recipe content through the App, you represent and warrant that:
Recipes imported from third-party websites, meal kit services, cookbooks, social media platforms, or other external sources are intended for your personal use within your private Stay Well cookbook unless you have permission or other legal authority to share them. Stay Well may restrict or prevent the public sharing of imported content.
Stay Well reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that is alleged or reasonably believed to infringe the rights of another person or entity, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
If you believe content available through Stay Well infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a notice using the process described in our Copyright Policy. See also our Community Recipe Guidelines for what may be shared publicly.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
Recipes imported by users or shared between users are not reviewed or verified by Stay Well. We do not warrant the accuracy of their ingredients, instructions, or nutritional or allergen information. Always verify ingredients yourself before cooking, especially if you or someone you're cooking for has food allergies or other health conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay Well shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on AI-generated meal suggestions or on imported or shared recipe content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
